EcoSure performs on-site audits at more than 50,000 properties nationwide. Given that an audit can take up to a day to complete, AccuSpec has extensive in-app help and alerts the user to any required questions that remain unanswered.

What’s Unique?
- Memory. AccuSpec is designed to optimize every single bit of available memory on the handheld. AccuSpec can collect and process hundreds of questions and inspections that can take up to a day to complete … and stores up to several week’s worth of audits before uploading to the home office server.
- Scoring. Complex algorithms for real-time scoring are built into each question and each section on an individual form. This provides instantaneous feedback on any food handling and safety violations to the auditor — so that immediate action can be taken on the spot — instead of shutting down the facility.
- Communications. Robust communications and syncing protocols are designed so that AccuSpec communicate and syncs with the home office server — flawlessly. And since their inspectors are located in remote locations all over the country, that means dial-up. Each inspector uploads completed audits and receives any new forms and updates that pertain to the clients they will be auditing.
- Customize in-house. And when a new client or inspection comes along? EcoSure’s in-house staff — technical or not — can customize or build a new inspection instrument without having to come back to Green Mountain Software.
